When calling the office, we can help you more quickly if you have information about your child ready. Information you place on this page can also be helpful for babysitters and family members when they are caring for your children. When you leave a message, the following information is needed:

• Child’s name (first and last: please spell the last name)
• Phone number where you can be reached (speak slowly)
• Brief description of child’s symptoms, including child’s temperature
